What an inspiration!

There is a young girl out at the ranch that just blows me away! She is 10 or 11 and her understanding and knowledge of the bible puts me to shame! She is really, great. I often wonder why her parents thought it would be a good idea for her to live out there. I really don't know her circumstances, but I have a feeling I will get to know them in the next few weeks. She's gonna be my little apprentice. Her house parents didn't know what to do with her zeal and zest for the bible, so they thought she should hang out with me for a few hours every week, helping with Chapel stuff. I am looking forward to learning a lot from her... I have to admit, I am a little intimidated by her.

Her house parents found these notebooks under her bed with a whole bunch of writing and summations of the bible. They read a few and thought, "I wonder what book these were copied out of?" So when this little girl got home from school that day, they asked her what book she had copied from. She simply stated, "None. Those were my interpretations of what I thought the bible was trying to tell me." SHE'S TEN! She's a spiritual giant in my book, and quite an inspiration to me. I hope her story inspires you too!
